Memories about Hiroshima
This lesson focuses on survivors' stories about the horrors and
pain of the atomic bombing at Hiroshima on August 6, 1945. Students
will critically examine several personal accounts of these events
through a series of readings. Each reading selection is accompanied
by questions that will help students analyze and appreciate both
the events of August 6, 1945 and each selection's literary value.
A lesson plan and several related pictures are included.
